Blair Equipment Company warrants its paint shaker for two (2) full years and all other products for ninety (90) days from the date of purchase against defects due to faulty material or workmanship and will repair or replace (at its option) without charge any items returned. This warranty is void if the item has been damaged by accident or unreasonable use, neglect, improper maintenance, service, or other causes not arising out of defects in material or workmanship. No other expressed warranty is given or authorized. Blair Equipment Company disclaims any implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS for any period beyond the expressed warranty and shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow exclusion of incidental or consequential damages or limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts and if the law of such a state governs your purchase, the above exclusion and limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

Returns
Please contact customer service at (810) 635-7111 for more information on returning an item. Please be advised there will be a 15% or $15 (whichever is greater) restock charge on all returns. You must have a RGA# and fill out the Return Item Form with any return. returns will not be accepted without Return Item Form. Product must be returned shipping prepaid or your order will be refused and no credit will be given. Product must be new and unused. Returns on used products will not be accepted. No returns will be accepted 30 days after shipment date. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
Limitation of Liability
Blair Equipment Company shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Blair Equipment Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a Blair Equipment Company product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Blair Equipment Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Blair Equipment Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Blair Equipment Company shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Blair Equipment Company without notice at any time, for any reason.
