To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Blair Equipment Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Blair Equipment Company does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Blair Equipment Company does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Blair Equipment Company warrants its paint shaker and magnetic drills for two (2) full years and all other products for ninety (90) days from the date of purchase against defects due to faulty material or workmanship and will repair or replace (at its option) without charge any items returned. This warranty is void if the item has been damaged by accident or unreasonable use, neglect, improper maintenance, service, or other causes not arising out of defects in material or workmanship. No other expressed warranty is given or authorized. Blair Equipment Company disclaims any implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS for any period beyond the expressed warranty and shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow exclusion of incidental or consequential damages or limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts and if the law of such a state governs your purchase, the above exclusion and limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
