How do I return an item?

Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item. Please be advised there will be a 15% or $15 (whichever is greater) restock charge on all returns. You must have a RGA# and fill out the Return Item Form with any return. Return will not be accpeted without Return Item Form. Product must be returned shipping prepaid or your order will be refused and no credit will be given. Product must be new and unused. Returns on used products will not be accepted. No returns will be accepted 30 days after shipment date. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed.info@blairequipment.com
